Main Street Alabama offers full-day workshops on revitalization trends, tools and best practices from around the country. Each training session provides take-home-and-put-to-use information, from how to do promotions that work, destination retailing, marketing & social media, economic development & incentives, entrepreneurial growth, business succession, understanding community-initiated development, learning to manage the changes in your district and more.
Training sessions are held quarterly, two webinars and two full-day workshops in Designated Main Street Communities around the state. Participation in quarterly training is encouraged for economic and community development professionals, business and property owners, local government officials, developers, design specialists, public relations and marketing specialists, etc.
