Mary Helmer, state coordinator with Main Street Alabama, presented a market assessment to the MainStreet Alexander City Board, area business owners, city officials and civic organizations.

Helmer said Main Street Alabama has been to Alexander City about four times in the last three months doing surveys and interviews to prep for the market analysis that was done Thursday.
