The Downtown Jasper Business Association has a celebration planned.
To commemorate Jasper being named the newest Main Street Alabama Designated City recently, a gala will be held June 30 from 5:30PM-7:30 p.m. at The Bankhead House & Heritage Center, 800 Seventh Street West in Historic Downtown Jasper.
Also during the reception, the business association and the Walker Area Community Foundation, will honor former Walker College President David Rowland for his invaluable contributions to the community.
